Dave Bakker
Senior Vice President, SITA Global Services
Dave Bakker became Senior Vice President, SITA Global Services in 2008.
Dave’s primary task is to deliver best-in-class customer services to SITA’s 550-plus members and 2,700 customers worldwide and heads a new organization comprising 1,400 SITA staff.
Prior to joining SITA, Dave spent 10 years with Dell Inc., where he held leadership roles in both Europe and Asia. He has extensive managerial experience with innovative customer service delivery models as well as hands-on experience implementing large-scale CRM technologies.
He is currently based in Geneva, Switzerland.
